Yes, the logging facility in BIND 9 allows you to define categories for:

  xfer-in     Zone transfers the server is receiving.
  xfer-out    Zone transfers the server is sending.
  notify      The NOTIFY protocol.

Please check the BIND 9 Administrator Reference Manual for more
information on logging. It is included in the distribution under doc/arm/
