Strange NSLOOKUP behavior

As long as it's not my mistake :). Out of curiosity how did you find this
out? My ARIN lookup was not very informative.

68.216.in-addr.arpa is delegated to ns1.fuse.net and ns2.fuse.net, but
neither of them has the zone installed on them.  So nothing in that
hierarchy can be resolved.
