Clarrifiaction on forwarders!!

Hello,

    We have the following configuration file which uses "forwarders"
    directive in dual stack (IPv4 & IPv6) machine.

    options {
                    directory ".";
                    listen-on-v6 { any ; };
                    forward only;
                    forwarders {
                                        fe80::210:83ff:fe18:887a;
                    };
    };

    .......

    With above configuration, named is forwarding the queries for only
    host names and not forwarding the queires for IPv6 addresses.

    But,  queries for IPv4 host names & address are being forwarded
    as expected.

    Is the above configuration correct?? Is there anything to be
    added to forward quries for IPv6 addresses??

    Any suggestions???
