Event ID 5781

Hi.
DNS running on BIND.
BIND delegation to MSDNS.
One of the domain controllers is giving EVENT ID 5781:
Dynamic registration of one or more DNS records
failed. DNS server is not available.
I have tried every MSKB article but didnt find any
useful answer.
Any body please?
