Using the forms provided by Network Solutions will cause
appropriate delegation changes to be made in the .com gTLD for your
zone.
However, it takes them a while to process your form, and once it
is processed, it takes a while for the secondaries to pick up the
changes -- after all, .com has millions and millions of records, and
it takes a hell of a long time to transfer a zone that size.
