BIND behind NAT

Terminology is crucial with CISCO.

Do you mean the IOS Dynamic NAT which may be tricky, or could
you use static NAT and PAT.

The CISCO web site has lots of documents, but the behaviour of
dynamic NAT is explained in only a few places. Does the
