	Most of these are just teaching people to read instructions
	and getting them to realise that there are two zones involved
	and both have to be set up for it to work.

	9.0 does not support $GENERATE.  $GENERATE had a off by
	one error in 9.1.0.  This was fixed in 9.1.1.

	Apart from that there are no issues.
