	You don't.  You can't delegate an entire zone that has been 
delegated to you by someone else.  You can delegate a portion of such 
a zone, however.  You just need to create NS records for the portion 
to be delegated, make sure that the addresses that the delegation 
points to is operational for serving the zone, and you're done.
