PTR-Records with Host-Header

One could argue though that, like CNAME's at the root, unless 
something CHANGES this broken behavior by resolvers will continue 
unabated. Perhaps if the cyclic behavior applied equally to PTR 
records, people would fix broken resolvers to  better understand 
multiple PTR RR's. :)
