	You need an ANSI C compiler to build BIND.  The built-in compiler 
that HP ships is only suitable for re-linking the kernel, and cannot 
be used to build BIND.  I suggest that you either get and use gcc, or 
you buy the commercial development system that HP sells.

	IIRC, this is covered in the documentation.
