	The ISP has to talk to RIPE to get 188.78.212.in-addr.arpa
	delegated to them.

	If you are not already you should make yourself a unofficial
	slave for 188.78.212.in-addr.arpa so that local lookup will
	work when you are disconnected from the net, which you are
	now administratively.
