DDNS and DHCP

	Traditionally, Windows boxes have sent their netbios computer
	name as the hostname to DHCP, rather than the (in my opinion)
	more appropriate DNS hostname configured in the DNS properties.

	With Win2k I believe this is moot, as they are the same.
