$TTL and H2n

You're welcome to try the version (2.38) that's available at

The aforementioned h2n attempts to determine the version of BIND
that the localhost is running and generate the $TTL directive if
it's BIND 8.2 or later.  Control of $TTL is also possible via the
'-o/+t' options.
