bind 9.1.1 undir IBM AIX 4.3.3 problems, using bull.de port

Complain to whoever supplied the "install package". Or else pick up
the BIND source code from ftp.isc.org and compile and install it for
yourself. libomapi is part of the BIND9 distribution. It should be
shipped with this "install package".
