bind keeps failing

	This is an indicator that someone is trying to hack your 
nameserver -- see <http://www.cert.org/advisories/CA-2001-02.html> 
and <http://www.cert.org/incident_notes/IN-2001-03.html>.

	At the very least, upgrade to 8.2.3-REL, or perhaps 9.1.1-REL.
