v9.1.1 error on zone transfers

	I suggest that you fix the errors that are reported by the
	master when it loads.

	this is just reporting that when the namserver did the 
	equivalent of "dig internal.net soa +norec @10.10.1.5" it
	got SERVFAIL as the answer.
