NT 4 DNS zone transfer to Bind Ver 4

    Install BIND 8.2.3 for NT instead.  NT4 DNS is not even supported by
Microsoft.  All zone transfers will work properly.

    And update those BIND 4 systems to at least BIND 8.2.3, they're very
vunerable to attacks.
