Resolver? Fail?

I have configured BIND-9.1.1 to answer queries for my domain, but the
problem is I want to use it as a cache server as well for my company and it
does not want to do that. Where should I be looking? resolv.conf?
/sysconfig/network?

I have 1 server running BIND-9.1.1 and I saw that happening first and now my
other server runnning BIND-9.1.0 is doing it.
