White space counts!  Immensely!!!

Plus ... one need not always have an A record for the base domain name.
I don't understand why everyone now feels this compelling need to have
one.  But, I will see as I work thorugh the mess below, whether this is
something that you had intended to have.  The version I saw in the mail
had NO white space in the left column.  Of course ... if that were so
in your file, then you would not be able to get 'named' to read it, eh?

The following copies are formatted more nicely.  Who knows how MS
Outlook will totally mangle it?  Commentary follows.

I suppose that it is now obvious, which it was not before, that you
have two PTR records for each IP address.  This does nothing.  I know
of no program that looks at more than one.  Pick one and stick with it.
