Default servers are not available/Can't find server name for address - disaster after changing ip block

First off, 'nslookup' refusing because it can't see your servers is an
'nslookup' peculiarity. It does not affect your forward lookup. Use
'dig', or in 'nslookup' enter "server " followed by the name or IP
address of your server. It will complain again, but it will work.
Second off, your ISP apparently didn't move the delegation for your
reverse-DNS IP addresses. Please read the "reverse DNS Primer" in the
archives. [I haven't gotten enough critical mass on this subject this
week to post it, over the annoyance of the people who have read it
dozens of times already.] Then discuss this with your ISP.
