Registerd Domain, cannot get it to resolve

	How are you testing this?  
	Dig shows ns1.centralinfo.net and ns2.centralinfo.net as
authoritative for memeticcandru.com, and a simple nslookup on
memeticcandru.com or www.memeticcandru.com returns the IP address
161.184.102.197, which (hopefully) is your IP address.  
	A reverse lookup returns clgr003753.hs.telusplanet.net, indicating
the IP address is owned by your ISP, so as far as I can see, nothing is
obviously wrong with your basic domain.   
	Outlining your test procedure, the nameserver config of your local
machine, and what OS you're using would help.
