There is no advocacy on that page other than exhorting NS admins to 
scrutinize their DNS's mailer-related RR's, mailer configs, and NS 
delgations as the latest versions of sendmail and postfix CAN, not 
SHOULD, be configured to scrutinize.

mail servers out there run against you and your hosted clients' 
attempts to send mail?"
