I can resolve both of those just fine.

This alone is unlikely to cause the long delay, however it is a genuine
problem that ns3.mailbank.com is not answering authoritatively for waugh.com.
It should be fixed.

It appears that fsn1.frontstreetnetworks.net is not configured as a master or
slave for 32-28.178.175.216.in-addr.arpa. In fact, it returns SERVFAIL for a
PTR query like 46.32-28.178.175.216.in-addr.arpa. Ditto for
fsn2.frontstreetnetworks.com. If those are your servers, configure them with
that zone.

  XX+ signifies a recursive query.
