	You put "forwarders { /*empty*/ };" into a master/slave/stub
	zone at the level where you want to override the global
	forwarders.
	
	Note: I havn't listed a forward zone here as you need to
	be able to see the delegation information and it doesn't
	work in the general case.

	Your case worked because the nameserver could see the
	delegation information from the parent zone.
