No, you are misinterpreting the output. The first ("Non-authoritative
answer") section is the answer to your question, which was, basically, "who
are the nameservers for www.com?". The fact that the answer is marked as
"non-authoritative" implies that this answer did *not* come from any of
those nameservers, but rather from the cached data of your local nameserver
or some nameserver in between, as a result of a previous query.
Non-authoritative answers are considered of lower quality than authoritative
answers, because cached data can quickly become outdated.

The second ("Authoritative answers can be found from") section gives you the
IP addresses of the nameservers listed previously, just in case a
non-authoritative answer isn't good enough for you and you want to go fetch
an authoritative answer yourself. Most applications don't even care whether
an answer is authoritative or not, but this information is provided as a
convenience for those few who do. Also, many applications which are asking
NS questions would probably also want to know what IP addresses are
associated with the NS'es in the answer they get, so providing the
IP addresses in the initial response often makes additional A-record queries
unnecessary.

There is nothing unusual about the response.
