You should not be using BIND-8.1.2 anymore, as it has a security hole.
(see www.isc.org for details).

Please use BIND-8.2.2p5 (the current BIND-8 release) BIND-8.2.3-T6B
(BETA) or BIND-9.0.0 (new codebase, new features but
some features from BIND-8 are not implemented yet).

All these are available from www.isc.org.
