swbell DNS's have not delegated your DNS with authority for the
reverse zone of your ip block:

# dig -x 64.219.34.34

; <<>> DiG 8.2 <<>> -x
;; res options: init recurs defnam dnsrch
;; got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 4
;; flags: qr aa rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 1, AUTHORITY: 2, ADDITIONAL: 2
;; QUERY SECTION:
;; 34.34.219.64.in-addr.arpa, type = ANY, class = IN

;; ANSWER SECTION:
34.34.219.64.in-addr.arpa. 2H IN CNAME 34.32.34.219.64.in-addr.arpa.

;; AUTHORITY SECTION:
34.219.64.in-addr.arpa. 2D IN NS ns1.swbell.net.
34.219.64.in-addr.arpa. 2D IN NS ns2.swbell.net.

;; ADDITIONAL SECTION:
ns1.swbell.net. 2H IN A 151.164.1.1
ns2.swbell.net. 2H IN A 151.164.1.7

.... so no matter how perfectly you set your reverse zone, Internet
will not look at it.

Ask swbell to delegate your ip block reverse authority to your DNS.

Also, you have forward delegations and other pb's seen the DNS Expert
report sent privately.

 > So I am an authority for this in-addr.arpa,

Maybe you are personally, but your DNS isn't.
