request queue

my server keeps displaying the following error message.

I did an nslookup on the ip addresses but couldn't get anything. This
has been going on for month now. Evertime it happens
i have to reboot. how  can i inform the hostmaster that his conf is
causing me problems. Is there a way to remove a request from the queue?
