Finding Secondary DNS Server

Hi All,

I am about to setup a web server for a small non-profit.  They are going to
need to run their own DNS server, but do not have the resources to co-locate
another server at another data center for a secondary name server.  Does
anyone have any suggestions on how to go about finding a secondary name
server?  Are there companies that will offer the service or other servers
that would like to exchange the service.
