Compiling bind for NT - nafxcw.lib

		I scanned the BIND 8.2.3-T6B Sources and I can find no reference to this
library.
  I've never heard of it and I've built both 8.2.2-P5 and 8.2.3-T6B.

	1) Where did you get your sources?
	2) What Compiler and Version are you using?
	3) Is there something in your Environment that could be causing
referencing nafxcw?
	4) Type set at the DOS prompt and see if something shows up there that
	    uses the name in it's equivalence string.
