	MTA. metropolitan transit authority.

	or, in an SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) sense,
	an MTA is a Mail Transfer Agent.  Often it works in
	conjunction with an MUA (mail user agent).  

	Not clear what MTA means when discussing DNS/BIND.

	ISC? Any thoughts?
