There could be any number of explanations for this. Network problems,
problems with the NetZero nameserver, etc. If their nameserver is
unreliable, you might consider running your own caching nameserver
whenever you're connected to the Internet (I'm not familiar with NetZero,
so I don't know if that automatically implies full-time Internet
connectivity or not).
