xfrnets element

Hi,
I'm getting the following messages on my master name server named logs:

ns1 named[19515]: xfrnets element (216.33.106.19) mask problem
(216.33.106.0)

The IP 216.33.106.19 is one of my secondaries name server.
I couldn't find and answer in the archives.
I'm not sure if this has to do with the netmask?
And I'm not able tranfer zone files to the 216.33.106.19 name server.
zone files.
lease advise.
