"request timed out" error?

The real domain is ustc.ac. It appears that pns.ustc.ac is the master and=
 is
non-responsive, and that sns.ustc.ac was never configured as a slave, so =
it's
having the same problems that everyone else is trying to resolve names in=
 the
zone.
