BIND-8.2.2-P7 v BIND-8.2.3-T6B

I wonder if we could have a definitive statement regarding
BIND-8.2.3-T6B.

http://www.isc.org/ says "We recommend all users of BIND version 8
upgrade to BIND 8.2.2-P7" so I assume that applies to BIND-8.2.3-T6B as
well?
