Did you change the name of file only or the zone-name?
Don't change the zone-name to that if you have not been
delegated that full reverse zone.

Nope, the 82.87.212.in-addr.arpa zone is not delegated to you, so you
should not be running that.

Did newnet delegate the reverse to you at all? DOes not look like it.
It seems to me they are running the reverse for the whole /24 =
(82.87.121.in-addr.arpa)
from their nameservers.
