DNS error in sporadic situations

Sounds more like a web server problem to me.  Or if you have a local
director (load balancing server) setup, it could be that one server is down
but not the other.  How many web servers are you running?  When they
successfully load the page, can they continue clicking their way through the
site without a problem?
