bind 8.1.1 hanging intermittently

Paranoia or no paranoia, if you're running BIND 8.1.1 you should upgrade to
at least BIND 8.2.2-p5 ASAP. In addition to security bufixes, there have
been a ton of non-security bugfixes since then. One or more of them might
relate to your freeze-up problem.
