Fix the syntax error at line 10 of the zone file
/var/named/kissler-germany.com.hosts. This is probably a different
problem from the (rather meaningless) CNAME entries you showed. The
first error message indicates that the name server's parser somehow
thinks that "kissler-germany.com" appears on line 10 as a record class
rather than as a domain name.
BTW, having a CNAME for kissler-germany.com is not permitted. A name
can only exist as a CNAME if that nmae does not appear as any other
record type. Since kissler-germany.com is a real domain, this name
already exists as SOA and NS records. Therefore you cannot have
kissler-germany.com as a CNAME. If you want this name to point at the
company's web site, add an A record for kissler-germany.com which has
the IP address of that web server.
