I t is the machine that has a problem. I configured another m/c and it works fine .
I will lookat thi sm/c at a later stage.

Something is preventing your local server from talking to servers outside
your network.  Maybe you have a firewall?  If it only allows port 53 in to
your server, you need to configure the option:

	query-source address * port 53;
