GraniteCanyon woes

Is the news server on news.granitecanyon.com down?  For some reason I can
not connect.

Am I doing something wrong or are the acknowledgements taking a bit longer
than 15 minutes?  The online form submits without error.  I receive the
first email and it all looks good so I hit reply.  But I never receive the
acknowledgement.  It has been over 24 hours and the domain is not appearing
in the reject list.  I am using plain test email, from the correct address,
yada yada yada.  Any suggestions?
