how to compile BIND 8.2 p 5 with the QRYLOG option defined.

QRYLOG is on by default in BIND 8.2.2-p5, so don't worry about having to do a
special compile.

You will, however, have to configure your logging to capture the query-log
information somewhere. See the logging configuration documentation for
details.
