Resource temporarily unavailable error on Bind 8.2.1

I have:
 
forwarders {
                199.62.111.56; 
        };
        forward only;

in my named.conf file.  Sometimes I get this error:

named[930]: ns_forw: sendto([199.62.111.56].53): Resource temporarily
unavailable

Then all Internet queries (only Internet queries) fail.  'looks like it
may be a Solaris thing, but does anyone know how I can find out exactly
what resource is unavailable?

Any help is appreciated.
