notify per server yet?

But seriously, what exactly do you mean by "notify per server feature"? If
you mean "also-notify", that's been in there for a while (even before
8.2.2).

Or do you mean something else?

If you mean the ability to turn off notify selectively for certain servers,
what would be the point? At low volumes, the occasional notify isn't going
to make any difference, and at high volumes (dynamic zones) a per-zone
throttle would probably make more sense than a per-server switch.
