Ideas please?

Situation:  New client, new DNS entry last Thursday, unable to view the site
from some locations.  My friends in FL can see it, I can see it from home in
another part of the city.  Colleagues in Los Angeles can't see it.  The
client can't see it from his house in Del Mar.  Whassup?
