Correct format for RP record??

The second value of the RP record should be the name of a TXT record.  
Did you click on the <Example> button?  Try this:

website.com. IN RP jeff.eaznet.com. website.com.
website.com. IN TXT "NIC XX33323 Smith, Jeffrey"
