Bind 8 / My own domain on nameservsers within that domain... possible?

I'm not sure what your problem is.  It should look just like any other
domain.  How is your situation different from the examples in the DNS&BIND
book?

The zone file should look like:

@ SOA dns1.foo.com. par.coresys.se. (
      ... ) ; other SOA parameters
  NS  dns1.foo.com.
  NS  dns2.foo.com.

followed by the rest of the DNS data for the domain.
