My DNS don't respond for a few seconds (up to twominutes)

My DNS not respond for 2 minutes aprox. then an entry like this appears in
the messages log file :

wm1 named[4768]: deleting interface [127.0.0.1].53

and then the server continue responding ......

What is this ?
Any idea ?
