domain setup question

Hi, I have some questions regarding delegating a zone to another server...

Server A : owns / controls the domain "microsoft.com"

I want Server B to take control of the subdomain "myhouse.microsoft.com"

When i say "control" i mean the ability to add Hosts (A records), MX records
etc.

What does server A need to know about server B to be able to delegate
control?

Server A is Linux (ISP)......Server B is Win2000
