Eliminating the "www" Portion of a URL

If you list your domain as a CNAME you get that problem. List your CNAME
as an A record.

domain.com.    IN    MX    172.16.196.55
domain.com.    IN    A    192.168.44.33
www                IN    A    192.168.44.33

This is what we do, and it works.
